Ask us to delete the information EQUATOR holds about you, or about a player you are responsible for. This form goes straight to the person who can action it — there is no ticket queue. We respond within 30 days and usually much sooner.
We reply here. It does not have to match the address on any account — a parent requesting deletion for their child will not share one.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We confirm the request and, where the data belongs to an account, check you are entitled to make it. For a player under 18 a parent or guardian can always make it.
We delete what we can and tell you what we deleted.
If something cannot be deleted without destroying a program's own records, we tell you exactly what that is and why, rather than quietly doing part of what you asked. That commitment is in the privacy policy.
